One of the highlights of our studio is the private outdoor area, a perfect spot to relax and recharge. Here, you can soak in the inviting hot tub, surrounded by the sounds of nature, while gazing up at a blanket of stars. It’s an idyllic setting for intimate conversations or peaceful moments of solitude.

The First Aid Kit is located under the kitchen sink along with a fire extinguisher in case of emergencies. No smoking in the house or on the cushioned patio/porch furniture. Smoking will result in a $500 smoking damages fee. Pets and ESA (emotional support animals) are not allowed. No additional overnight guests please. Please be respectful to our neighbors. No loud music please. Please let us know if you break anything so we can make replacement arrangements. This home is located on a quiet street in the woods and as such you may see bugs and animals. We do treat the home to prevent pests but the occasional bug may enter the home. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any contact with wildlife or domestic animals in the area.

This is a single entry driveway and requires backing out 60 feet. It is a wide driveway with plenty of visibility but drivers should be aware that they will need to back out or in to access the studio.
