This stay with Chad and Sarah was for a reunion between me and a childhood friend after 16 years apart.. their hospitality alone was enough to make the stay AMAZING. Adding their wonderful property to the mix was just a bonus! The price is more than fair considering the amenities they provide, let alone the quality of the Airbnb itself! Everything is up to date, and the aesthetic of the place is so peaceful. Nothing advertised was not provided! Aside from the response time.. it says 50 minutes (it was MUCH MUCH shorter), but it seemed as though Chad and Sarah were sitting idly by ready for you to message them! The property alone was fun enough to just stay in, but they had recommendations for activities, restaurants, adventure, etc. ready for any who’d like to indulge. I’ve already let Chad and Sarah know I WILL be returning soon. Without their hospitality, and loving natures I feel that trip would not have been as successful as it was! Thank you again! I will be returning SOON!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel right at home. Chad was amazing — so welcoming, responsive, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We truly appreciate their hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect especially for a last minute trip! Loved the fire pit and Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom It rained so I felt like I was tracking in dirt (but I wasn’t )

We was only there for the weekend to attend a nearby festival but the time we was there was great. Very clean. Comfy spacious bed. Very roomy. And nice touches. We would stay again.

Awesome stay! Everything was perfect and as advertised. Having the private backyard and its own amenities gave lots of comfort and privacy. Easy check in and check out! Most places we travel including downtown Greenville were only 17min away! Definitely recommend!

it was a blessing in disguise. learned that the home was lived in by my nephew when he was growing up. the surroundings, the yard, the everything about the place was very tranquil.

We really enjoyed our stay! The backyard was expansive and had a gorgeous huge tree with tree swing. My kids had a blast swinging on it! We had the best laughs! The beds were VERY comfortable, and rooms were nice and big. The location was very convenient. Chad was a great communicator, and our stay couldn't have gone any smoother.

This was the perfect place for me to stay on my little getaway! It had everything I needed! It’s very private and backyard has a privacy fence! Loved the hot tub!

We had such a great getaway! Had never been to Greenville before. We checked out the Swamp Rabbit bike trail and the Greenville Zoo. Home was so cozy and inviting. Chad’s place was perfect for the kids with a relaxing vibe, cool bean bag chairs, toys, video game machine, swing and magnificent tree right in back yard to enjoy. Fire pit was beautiful and star gazing was amazing. Thank you, Chad!
